3.8.0 read in the ini, but would crash about halfway through the first step of distant land creation, complaining about protected memory or some such. The Distant Land creation tool, doesn't seem to read my Morrowind.ini or allow me to select plugins at all, so I'm stymied trying to use that tool. I, of course have the d3d8 and dinput8 dlls overridden in WINE to native, so it will load MGE's versions, all other DLL overrides are the defaults provided from Winetricks when I installed DirectX9c (which was required to get MGEui to run at all) The shader chains dialog, if I try and test anything, causes a crash. My main hopes for this were to be able to use distant land, and perhaps some of the shader effects.
I'm noticing some very odd things when trying to use MGE under WINE.
